I am a first time buyer from Oakridge hobbies and found them as many do on the net. I could not find a product I needed (K&S brass) from other online retailers or from any local hobby shop.
I was impressed with the web site and the thorough and most complete variety of the product offered. The site is easy to navigate too.
I also was pleased that they offer PayPal, that made me feel I was doing business with a reputable company.
So I placed the order and knew they would ship within the stated number of days. They did ship faster than I expected, I had my correct order within 5 business days.
