SHIPPING CHARGES

Our online ordering system has a built in shipping cost program that adds the cost of shipping and handling for ground shipping to anywhere within the Continental United States. In the event that an item is oversized or over weight and costs considerably more than the program calculated, you will be contacted. 99.9% of all orders fall safely within the program's calculated Shipping and Handling charges. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service, at our descretion, unless special handling is specifically requested. Special Shipping and Handling requests are at an additional charge.

Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Air and other special shipping may be done, on request, on in stock items only.

Built-up doll houses, oversized / overweight cartons, and international orders, please call or email us for approximate shipping charges. Most of our products, if oversized or over weight already have an "Additional Shipping Charge" added to the Buy Button, and is also indicated in the description / information text adjacent the product.

Include the complete list of items and quantities, total amount of order purchase, your complete "Bill To" and "Ship To" address. Oakridge Hobbies will only ship international orders to the corresponding "Bill To" address on your credit card. Indicate if you prefer to ship your order via United Parcel Service International Shipping or United States Post Office Air Mail Parcel Post.

To give you a international shipping cost example: most international orders of $100US or less, shipped United States Post Office Air Mail Parcel Post, to Canada & Europe, have an estimated shipping cost, including insurance, of a minimum of $20 - $25US, for 2 lbs or less, shipped in a 6"x12"x12" (or less) box. Australia is about $30US. United Parcel Service International Shipping charges are much higher, but can be viewed at UPS.com using our shipping mailing code (zip code) of 60516 or 60439. All orders are shipped fully insured.

Orders shipped United States Post Office Air Mail Parcel Post, are processed and shipped once a week.
