| Dear Sirs, Over the holidays I placed an order for a Scalextric slot car race set via your online ordering system. My order arrived on time, and is better than I could have hoped. One of the reasons I chose to order from you instead of the many other online vendors offering the same product (along with the amazing savings offered by your 1/32 slot car club), was the fact that you had a phone number listed on you site as well. Online ordering can be great, however, when the occasional problem arises I like the idea that I can call and speak to a real live person to resolve said problem. Thank you for listing a separate phone number for customer service, and for continuing to accept phone calls on the rare occasion where a customer needs to reach you in the future. Shopping Rating: Excellent Comments: I liked how they asked whether the item was for a special occasion (like a birthday, holiday present, etc.) and what the date of the occasion was. Later they e-mailed me to tell me the item was still coming from the manufacturer and wouldn't make it by normal shipping times, but they gave me alternative options for shipping to make the special date. Not an automated e-mail, but a real-live e-mail. Very helpful. |
